Special audit

Special audit services become necessary in situations where a company or entity is suspected of financial or administrative malpractice. These audits may, for example, focus on the company's accounting, administration or transactions. Special audits are carried out, for example, in the event of bankruptcy, re-organisation or an audit as defined by the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act.

The special audit produces a report that is used to support decision-making. In certain cases, the report may also be used in litigation or other disputes. The purpose of special audits is to help companies and organisations clarify ambiguities and correct any shortcomings.

Tietotili Audit is there to help you in various situations where our clients need a special audit. You can approach us with confidence in various bankruptcy and re-organisation situations of your firm, or in other situations requiring a special audit.
