Traffic permit statement
The auditor's traffic permit statement is required for applications for renewal of a goods transport licence and a public transport licence. The purpose of the certificate is to ensure that the applicant has sufficient financial resources for the licence. It is advisable to apply for the renewal of this licence in good time before the expiry date.
For the traffic permit statement, our auditors certify that the client is sufficiently financially sound on the basis of their most recently closed financial statements. The signed certificate is sent to the applicant, who attaches it to their license application.
Re-organisation statement
A reorganisation report from an authorised auditor is required when a debtor applies for re-organisation (25.1.1993/55). The statement contains an assessment of the applicant's company's situation and confirms that the client is insolvent. Tietotili Audit has experienced authorised auditors, who can provide an objective opinion on a business re-organisation application.
An auditor's statement is not required in the case of a subsidised or joint application.
